The conference and meeting rooms offer a pleasant working environment and are available all year round. They can be arranged in alternative layouts to accommodate different meeting needs.

Printable Whiteboard, Overhead Projection, DVD player, Flipchart/Pens & paper, Presentation equipment, 50″ & 60″ plasma screen, Wireless, Broadband access, Disabled access, Laptop, Tea, coffee and snacks and Lunch.

The Executive Suite
has a capacity of about 15 people in Boardroom layout and up to 25 people in alternative layouts. An extra room is available for use as reception, assembly or catering purposes.

Extra Equipment available:
£5.00 per session plus VAT.
£25.00 per session plus VAT.
Broadband Access £10 per hour plus VAT or £20/whole day session plus VAT.
Tea/Coffee (with biscuits) £1.50 per person plus VAT. Up to four (4) hours.
Whole day sessions Tea/Coffee (with biscuits) £3.00 per person plus VAT.
If your equipment is unsuitable or unable to connect to our interactive facilities (i.e Internet or presentation connections)
any equipment we supply as an alternative will be charged fully as per our current hire charges.
